Howarth
Born and raised in Thunder Bay; I’m proud to build my business in the community that built me. Thunder Bay has always been home, and I love helping people find their place here, whether that means buying their first home, making a move, or investing in their future. I believe real estate should feel exciting, informed, and supported from start to finish.
My approach is simple:

I’m passionate about creating a positive experience, reducing stress, and helping people make confident decisions in one of life’s biggest milestones.
Before real estate, I played professional women’s hockey in Montreal, QC with the PWHPA, and earned an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology from Saint Mary’s University. My athletic and academic experience taught me discipline, resilience, and how to perform under pressure, qualities I bring to every transaction.
Outside of real estate, I’m the founder of For The Girls Hockey and stay actively involved in the local hockey community. Supporting young athletes, giving back, and staying connected to the community are a big part of who I am.
